Welcome to the Extension Professional and Enhancement Awards submission page. Faculty who meet award eligibility requirements may self-apply. You man also nominate and submit application materials for a colleague. Self-applications and colleague nomination submissions will be treated equally during the evaluation process.

How to apply for an award:

• Applications are due July 10, 2023.
• Read the award description to make sure you are eligible.
• Download the application instructions from the award description web page.
• Create a Word file or PDF that contains the required application information.

• Fill in the boxes below.
• Click the button next to the award that corresponds to your application.
• Browse and find your application Word file or PDF.
• Click the submit button
